Customize the display of multiple writing

You can customize the column display order for multiple entries by adding, removing, or rearranging columns as needed.
  1. Change the order of the columns
    Click and drag the column header to the desired location in the column header area. A double arrow indicates where the column will be inserted.


  1. Remove the display of a column
    Click and drag the column header outside the input area. The mouse pointer will display a cross to confirm that the column has been hidden.



  2. Add a column
    1. Right-click on a column header, View , Column Selector . The Customization window displays the available columns.
    2. Click and drag the column you want to add to the header area. A double arrow will show you where the column will be inserted:


  1. Return to default display
    1. Right-click on a column header.
    2. In the context menu, select Display , Views , System .
