Using Cheel on a MacOS computer
Cheel works on Windows computers. If you wish to use Cheel on a MacOS computer, you can implement one of the following solutions.
Virtualization software
Some virtualization software allows you to run a version of Windows on your Mac computer.
- Parallel Desktop for Mac.
- VMware Fusion Pro, VMware Workstation Pro.
- VirtualBox (Only for Macs with Intel processors).
Windows in the Cloud
- Windows 365 is a Windows PC hosted in the Cloud by Microsoft.
- Windows VPS (Virtual Private Server): Many hosting providers offer Windows virtual machines. These solutions allow for centralized management using Windows Terminal Services (RDS) or can be limited to a single user.
Windows Server with RDS (Remote Desktop Services)
This solution is suitable for local networks and allows the Cheel application to be deployed for multiple users and managed centrally. It is not limited to macOS clients.
- RDS services can be deployed on a local or remote server and allow Cheel to run on any type of computer (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
- The Cheel application can be deployed as a Remote App or via Remote Desktop .
