Import the withholding tax rates

Import the pricing schedules from all cantons

To import, in a single operation, the withholding tax rates for all cantons where employees are subject to this tax :
  1. Access the Cantonal Data page: Menu Human Resources , Salaries , Basic Data , Insurance,   Cantonal data .
  2. Click on the Plus button, represented by three small dots… in the top right corner of the page, then select the Import IS tax rates option:



  3. Once the operation is complete, a message indicates the number of items imported.

Import the withholding tax rates of a single canton

You can import the withholding tax rates for a single canton by proceeding as follows:
  1. Go to the Cantonal Data page and double-click on the canton in question to open its settings.
  2. On the canton page, click on the Plus button , represented by three small dots … in the top right corner , then select the Import IS tax rates option :



  3. Once the operation is complete, a message will confirm the number of items imported. You can view these items in the Withholding Tax Rates tab:



  4. Click the OK button   to validate.
