List display options

To modify the display options of a list, such as increasing the text size or setting the height/width automatically:
  1. Right-click on the list where you want to change the display options.
  2. In the context menu, select View , Views , Manage :



  3. The Manage View dialog box appears, allowing you to modify the desired options:



    1. Show vertical lines : Allows you to display vertical lines between columns.
    2. Auto width : Automatically adjusts the column widths.
    3. Highlighting even lines : Highlights even lines.
    4. Show header panel : Allows you to show or hide the header panel.
    5. Show horizontal lines : Displays horizontal lines between the lines.
    6. Auto height : Automatically adjusts the line height based on the content (works like an automatic line break):



    7. Highlighting odd lines : Highlights the odd lines in the list.
    8. Zoom font : Changes the display size of the list content.
