Print a Balance Sheet or Income Statement

1. Open the Balance Sheet or Income Statement: Accounting menu, Financial Accounting , Balance Sheet or Income Statement :
   
   
   
   
2. The Settings panel has two tabs: Selection and Options . These allow you to adjust the report's print settings. When you change an option, the report preview is instantly updated.
   

   
   

   Selection tab:

   
   
   

   1. Document Area:
      
   1. Level of detail : Choose the level of detail for printing:
   1. Group : Displays Classes and Groups.
   2. Subgroup : Displays Classes, Groups and Subgroups.
   3. Account : Displays Classes, Groups, Subgroups, and Accounts.
      
   2. Comparison Zone: Allows you to compare the balance sheet for the current financial year with that of the previous year:
      
      
      
      
   1. Show differences option:   Allows you to display the difference in CHF between the two financial years.
   2. Option to display differences as a percentage :    Allows you to display the difference in % between the two exercises.
   3. Period area: Choose the period and enter the dates to be taken into account.
      
   4. Accounts area: Select the account display option:
      
   1. All : Displays all accounts in the chart of accounts.
      
   2. Only accounts with a balance other than zero : Displays all accounts in the chart of accounts with a balance other than zero.
      
   3. Only accounts with transactions : Display all accounts in the chart of accounts that have recorded transactions during the fiscal year.
      
      

   Options tab:

   
   
   

   1. Account No. area: Check the numbers you want to appear in the report: Class , Group , Subgroup and Account numbers.
      
   2. Currency Area:
      
   1. Display amounts in foreign currency: This checkbox is only enabled if no comparison is defined in the Selection tab. This option displays a column with balances in foreign currencies.
      
      
      
      
   2. Convert to Currency Option: Account balances are displayed in local currency by default. The Convert to Currency function allows you to select a foreign currency, such as the euro, and convert your account balances into that currency using the entered exchange rate.
   3. VAT Zone: Allows you to display VAT-related information:
      
   1. VAT Number Option: Complete the account text with the VAT number.
   2. VAT Rate Option: Complete the account text with the VAT rate.
   
   
3. To print or export, click the More button   (three small dots) located at the top right of the page and choose the Share option :
