Quick access to items in a drop-down list
In some drop-down lists, three small dots (...) appear to the right of the field. Clicking on these dots takes you directly to the page where you can add, modify, or delete the items displayed in the list. In the example below, the Manage... button takes you to the Chart of Accounts page:
It's a quick and convenient way to access data from the page you're working on.
By holding down the Shift key while clicking the Manage... button, the page opens in a new browser tab. This is useful if you don't want to leave the current page.
