Create an AVS/AC compensation fund

Every employee must be affiliated with an AHV/AVS compensation fund. This affiliation is essential for:
  1. Print AVS statements by compensation fund (without this association, printing statements is not possible).
  2. Transmit these statements electronically via Swissdec.
The AVS/AC fund data includes the fund's identification number with Swissdec and the company's affiliation information. AVS/AC rates and ceilings are defined in the   AVS/AC configuration .

To create a new AVS/AC compensation fund:
  1. Access the AVS/AC page: Menu Human Resources , Salaries , Basic Data , Insurance , AVS/AC .
  2. Click the New button at the top right of the page. The search window displays all compensation funds connected to Swissdec.
  3. Double-click the corresponding cash register or select the line, then click the Select and continue button :



    If the AVS/AC compensation fund is not listed, click the " Create a new Swissdec recipient" button. in the top right of the search window and enter the cash register information manually.

  4. The New AHV/AVS Compensation Fund page appears. By selecting a fund from the Swissdec list, the Name , Number , and Support Email fields are automatically filled in. Complete the required information for the AHV/AVS fund :



      1. Name : Name of the compensation fund.
      2. Number : Identification number of the fund with Swissdec (mandatory).
      3. Member number : Number assigned by the fund to identify the company (mandatory).
      4. Accessory number : Additional numbers for separate accounts, for example for subsidiaries or executives (optional).
      5. Support email : Email address of the cash register for questions related to Swissdec.
      6. Swissdec certified data recipient : Checkbox if the recipient is Swissdec certified.
  5. Confirm the creation of the new AVS/AC compensation fund by clicking the OK button. .
