End of the exercise (closure)

The Closing page offers centralized management of all routine operations required to close one fiscal year and open the next. All actions can be performed with a single click or each one independently.

Execute all looping (closing) actions

To execute all the actions of a loop in a single click:
  1. Open the Closing page: Configuration menu, Company and exercises , Closing .
  2. On the Looping page, click the Run all actions button.



  3. For each action performed, a green visual indicator appears, and the columns Last execution and Executed by are filled in:

    1. Last execution : Displays the date and time of the last execution.
    2. Executed by : Indicates the name of the user who performed the last operation.
